Dr. Randy Helms brings five decades of full-time pastoral experience to the table. He has ministered in over 50 countries and has walked alongside churches and leaders in nearly every imaginable context. His depth of experience makes him a trusted voice for pastors, boards, staff teams, and ministry leaders across the globe.

Dr. Helms holds a Master’s Degree in Church Leadership and a Doctoral Degree in Strategic Leadership with a concentration in Leadership Coaching from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

In addition to leading GT Church in St. Petersburg, Florida since 1995, Dr. Helms trains and mentors leaders through workshops, retreats, and team coaching—helping organizations grow in health, unity, and strategic clarity.
