Meet Your Consultant

Dr. Helms began his ministry journey in 1976 at Moffat Road Assembly of God in Mobile, Alabama. He went on to serve as Youth Pastor at First Assembly of God in Lakeland, Florida (Carpenter’s Home Church), Associate Pastor at Cathedral of the Cross in Birmingham, Alabama, and Lead Pastor in West Memphis, Arkansas. Since 1995, he has faithfully pastored GT Church Assembly of God in St. Petersburg, Florida.

In addition to his pastoral leadership, Dr. Helms currently serves as Presbyter of Pinellas County and Executive Presbyter for the Peninsula Florida District of the Assemblies of God.

With decades of ministry leadership, a global ministry footprint spanning over 50 countries, and advanced academic credentials—including a Doctoral Degree in Strategic Leadership with a concentration in Leadership Coaching—Dr. Helms brings trusted wisdom and hands-on experience to every consulting engagement.
